About NASR
NASR (New Age Sport Racer) is an Italian high-performance sportswear brand from Trentino creating technical apparel for athletes. The brand’s identity is unapologetically performance-driven: made for those who train, race, and live in motion.

The Challenge
For a performance brand like NASR, packaging has to do more than simply protect a product. The delivery experience needed to match the premium positioning of the gear itself, avoiding the disconnect that often comes with generic single-use packaging. At the same time, NASR wanted to reduce packaging waste in a way that would be credible and measurable, without adding operational complexity or creating friction for customers.
The Solution
Movopack designed a reusable packaging solution tailored to NASR’s brand and operational needs. The packaging is fully customized, so it feels like an extension of the product experience. After unboxing, customers can fold the packaging and drop it in any mailbox, sending it back into circulation with minimal effort.
Two versions of packaging were created to support NASR’s use cases: one optimized for e-commerce operations, and a second version with handles, designed to work smoothly in retail as well, so the same reusable solution can support different moments in the customer journey.

The Results
With Movopack, NASR upgrades the end-to-end customer experience with a premium unboxing that matches the quality of the products inside. The shift to reusable packaging also makes sustainability more actionable: customers can participate simply by returning the packaging after unboxing.
As the packaging is designed for multiple reuse cycles, the collaboration enables measurable savings at scale, including up to 98% less packaging waste and up to 75% CO₂ emissions reduction versus single-use packaging. The result is packaging that aligns with NASR’s core idea of movement, keeping materials in circulation while keeping performance uncompromised.
